In-Kind Donations
As soon as we receive notification of an In-Kind donation we jump into action.
1. Within 48 hours of notification of a donation:
We send to the person or company who made the donation acknowledgement of their donation and a Fed Ex mailing lable for the paperwork necessary for transferring the donation..
3. Within 48 hours of the Dealer Assignment:
We will schedule the removal of the donation from the giver's location.
2. Within 48 hours of receiving the Paperwork:
We will have the donation Dealer Assigned assuming all liabiity that may occur during the transportation of the donation.
4. Within 48 hours of taking posession of donation:
We will forward to the donor a Receipt Letter acknowledging their generous donation.
